When customers register through your online Shopsite store they can choose to have Shopsite remember their:

Shipping Address
Billing Address
Prefered Payment Options
Credit Card Details

By storing these details within Shopsite your customers can very easily and quickly populate the order and checkout screens with the necessary information in order to complete their purchase.

Registered users can also be sorted into groups. These groups can then be assigned Shopsite generated discount coupons. This way any registered customer who is part of the group will automatically benefit from the coupons / savings assigned to it. This is a wonderful way in which to reward your customers!

When you upgrade your online Shopsite store you will not loose any of the settings you have configured within the Shopsite backoffice. All of your Shopsite pages, products, databases and configurations will be carried through to the upgraded version of the Shopsite shopping cart.

Most computer users know that failure to backup your data can result in some major headaches. Shopsite makes it simple and easy to maintain up to date backups of your IMPORTANT Shopsite data.

Using a simple point and click interface you can verify Shopsite database integrity and maintain up-to-data backups of your Shopsite Page, Product and Order information!

If you are using either Shopsite Manager or Shopsite Pro you can export your databases for safe keeping. With Shopsite you don't have to rely on others to maintain and protect your data.

Not storing your customer's credit card numbers within Shopsite will ensure that hackers can't steal this information if they were to access your Shopsite backoffice.

You can also set Shopsite up to store partial credit card numbers. This means that the first twelve digits of the credit card will be x'd out. Only the remaining four digits will be visible within Shopsite Order's tab.

When you enable the Shopsite Human Order Validation feature for your online store Shopsite will automatically generate a random image and text field. The customer will need to populate the field with the correct information before the order can be processed. This ensures that a human is actually placing the order through the Shopsite store and NOT a script! Shopsite Human Order Validation is just one of the many Shopsite security features that come bundled with this terrific eCommerce shopping cart.

Since both PayPal and Worldpay take the client away from the Shopsite store to their respective sites it is important that Shopsite merchants feel confident that the information inputted into these respective payment processors has not been tampered with when the client is returned to the Shopsite Thank You page.

If any of the customer's payment information is altered the Shopsite merchant is notified by email!

One of the key features Shopsite provides when it comes to credit card validation is the request for the card's CVV2 number. This verification number is found on the back of the credit card and must be entered in along with the rest of the credit card details during the secure Shopsite checkout process. A CVV2 number provides the merchant with peace of mind knowing that the credit card was present when the order was placed!

When you click on the Green Shopsite order tab from within the Shopsite backoffice you are taken to a secure part of the server so you can view your clients sensitive order information without threat of compromise!

Because Shopsite's order management / retrieval system is web based it makes it very easy for you to locate your client's order information no matter where you are!

Shopsite's inventory tracking module can do that for you, and you can even set Shopsite up to send you an e-mail when stock of a product is low or out. It also can be setup from within the Shopsite backoffice to prevent customers from ordering a product that is out of stock.

The Shopsite packing slips include all of the order's relevant information like the Shipping Address, Products Ordered an Totals. The customer's credit card details are not included within the Shopsite Packing slip.

You can print your Shopsite packing slips by logging into the Shopsite backoffice and clicking on the Orders button. Once in, select the order you wish to print the Packing Slip for and click the View Packing Slip button. Click the Print button at the bottom of the page to print the SLIP!

By accessing your Shopsite backoffice you can get reports on how sales are going and how much traffic is going through your Shopsite store.

The Shopsite Reports are good for quickly understanding where your store is at for traffic and sales however if you need more detailed information for your Shopsite store then we would suggest using a 3rd party traffic analysis software to help compliment your Shopsite Reports.

Within the Shopsite order section of the Shopsite backoffice you can search for orders based on the following Shopsite order criteria:

* New Orders
* Order Number
* Customer Email
* Billing or Shipping Information
* Payment Status
* and even Shopsite promotional information!

Shopsite clearly displays all of the order details in a printer friendly format. Simply press the 'Print' button and Shopsite will do the rest. Packing slips, which do not contain payment information are also easily printed through the Shopsite backoffice.

Within the Shopsite Database download section of the Shopsite backoffice select the Quick Books format option for your database download. With a click of a button Shopsite will export your order information ready to be imported into Quickbooks.

Shopsite's media manager will allow for you to create folders and easily upload your images / media files into them. Once a graphic is in the Shopsite media manager it is easy to view, edit and modify from with the Shopsite backoffice.
